Market internals looked good this morning at 11AM. Based on the NTSM Buy signal 24 March and the
Market Internals at Tuesday’s close, I am increasing my stock allocation to
50%-invested in stocks as of the close today.
My order went in before Noon per my 401k rules. (I was late posting this
because I had to get my Border Collie to the vet.)
