This may not be the bottom, but it may not be far off. Small corrections are always hard to judge. The old adage "markets rarely bottom on Fridays" suggests Monday might be the low; but it could mean that turmoil will continue for another week (or longer). Mr. Market doesn't tell me his plans. I'm upping stock holdings to around 60%.
