I got Buy-signals last Thursday and Friday so I have increased my stock holding to about 50% of the portfolio today. After a Buy-signal, markets can decline, so this isn't a guarantee, but I suspect we have seen the bottom.
Often, when I get a buy-signal, the timing seems bad. Why buy now when there are still a lot of worries? There are always worries near a bottom, but the technical analysis suggests most investors have decided the worries are not all that bad. Bottom line: I am holding my nose and buying.
I still have cash to buy more stocks if I can get more confident..
